New entrants, disappeared rows, parser weakness, and aggregator revisions are flagged separately. Matched-entity deltas use normalized ticker plus entity name. Ticker or name changes can appear as new/disappeared rows rather than holdings deltas. Positive matched deltas are reported additions; negative matched deltas are reported reductions. New entrants and disappeared rows are not counted as additions/reductions because they can reflect coverage or ranking changes. Rows with weak raw parse evidence are flagged for analyst review before production conclusions.
